Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team part-time, working approximately 25 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include:

🌿 Assisting customers in finding the right products and providing expert advice on gardening techniques and best practices.

💰 Operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.

🛍️ Processing purchases, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.

🌷 Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive and well-maintained.

🤝 Collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping environment.

🌱 Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

🔹 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.

🔹 Knowledge of indoor cultivation practices and various inputs required for gardening.

🔹 Technical proficiency and ability to use a computer and POS system accurately.

🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🔹 Ability to lift up to 60 lbs to waist height repeatedly and work in hot or cold environments for extended periods.

🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Please Note: Weekend availability is required for this position, including working on Saturdays and Sundays.
