Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of gzgrowshops.com and anything you buy from us. The site is operated by Grow Store Brands, Inc. ("Green Zone Grow Shops", "we", "us"), 60 Madison St, Worcester, MA 01608. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Who can use the site
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Some products we sell are restricted to adults; where that applies, we say so on the product page and we may decline an order.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we ship. We can decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed wrong, or if we suspect fraud, and if we have already charged you we refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars and can change. Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping and returns. Shipping timeframes are shown at checkout. For returns and exchanges, contact us at joec@gzgrowshops.com or 508-459-9609, or stop by the store. We handle them case by case and we are reasonable about it. Some items cannot be returned once opened or used; we will tell you which before you buy if you ask.
Classes and events
Seats in classes are limited and are held when payment clears. If you cannot make a class you paid for, contact us before it starts and we will move you to another session or work out a refund.
MyRemy and our growing advice
MyRemy is a free assistant that runs inside ChatGPT. It gives general growing guidance based on what you tell it. It is not professional agronomic, legal, medical, or safety advice, it can be wrong, and you use it at your own risk. The same goes for our videos, guides, classes, and anything we tell you across the counter. It is our honest best guidance from experience, not a guarantee of a result. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to what you grow where you live.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, guides, and graphics on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to share links to them and to quote a reasonable amount with credit. Do not republish them wholesale, sell them, or use them to train a machine learning model without our written permission.
YouTube
We publish our video series to our own YouTube channel using YouTube API Services. If you watch our videos on YouTube, your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Our own handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy (https://www.gzgrowshops.com/privacy-policy).
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if it is compromised. Do not attack the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law.
Things we cannot promise
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and product descriptions can contain mistakes. The site and everything on it is provided "as is."
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our content, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Massachusetts law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
